On Elul 18, about 100 people – children and adults – gathered in the Central Synagogue Chabad Lubavitch. Everyone came to celebrate one of the most significant Chasidic holidays. Two great Jewish luminaries were born on this day – Rabbi Yisroel Baal Shem Tov, the founder of Chasidism, and Rabbi Shneur-Zalman of Lyad, the founder of Chabad.
