Our friend and member of the Jewish community of Bender, Mark Finkelson, visited a friend in the city of Dnepr (formerly Dnepropetrovsk) in Ukraine during the Chanukah holiday. Mark visited the Chanukiah at the Chabad Menorah center and took a photo with the main Chanukiah.
