Despite the freezing cold and icy roads, members of the community and guests gathered at the Chabad synagogue in Kishinev to mark Yud Shevat with a warm and uplifting farbrengen. The atmosphere was filled with inner warmth and a strong sense of shared mission, fitting for a day that represents the continuation of the Rebbe’s leadership.
During the farbrengen, words of inspiration were shared about the significance of the day and the idea of connection to the Rebbe, accompanied by Chassidic melodies, Torah insights, and uplifting stories that bridged the spirit of Chabad Chassidus with daily Jewish life in the community.
Participants themselves expressed their enthusiasm. Alex, one of the attendees, shared:
“I can say that it was very interesting and fun. Everyone was singing niggunim, everyone was cheerful, and I didn’t want to leave the synagogue at all.”
The farbrengen concluded with a sense of renewed strength and positive resolutions for the year ahead, leaving a lasting impression of unity, warmth, and inspiration.
