Mr. Kent Logsdon, the U.S. Ambassador to Moldova, recently stumbled across the Chabad booth at the Kishinev Airport. He was pleasantly surprised!
Rabbi Mendel Axelrod of Kishinev presented the Ambassador with a book about Chabad’s work with Ukrainian refugees during the war.
The Ambassador also praised the Rabbi for his insightful words when he addressed the audience at an event commemorating the 120th anniversary of the Kishinev pogrom.
