On Wednesday and Thursday, the children of the Chabad kindergarten marked Yud Shevat in a special and meaningful way — the day of the passing of the Previous Rebbe, Rabbi Yosef Yitzchak Schneersohn, and the day on which the Rebbe accepted the leadership of the Chabad-Lubavitch movement. The children arrived dressed festively and took part in engaging activities that included games with surprises and challenges, a warm gathering, sharing sweets, singing Chassidic melodies, and thanking G-d for our Rebbe.
During the program, the children learned about Tzivos Hashem — that every child is a soldier on a mission, doing good deeds and helping bring the Geulah. They practiced standing like soldiers, saluting, and learned who our Commander-in-Chief is and whom we are meant to overcome.
The atmosphere in the kindergarten was touching, joyful, and filled with meaningful educational content 🎉
