Yesterday, we had the privilege of experiencing a deeply moving visit to 770 — the worldwide centre of the Chabad-Lubavitch movement — together with our dear friend and long-standing partner in the development of Jewish life in Moldova, Mr Alexander Bilinkis. The visit was hosted by Rabbi Zushe Abelsky.
The tour was led by Rabbi Mendel Eisenbach, director of the Chabad House at 770, who offered us an insightful and inspiring glimpse into the Rebbe’s mission and his spiritual world.
During the visit, we entered the Rebbe’s synagogue, the broadcast room from which his teachings were transmitted across the globe, and the Rebbe’s remarkable library — a magnificent treasury containing more than 300,000 books, rare artefacts, and priceless manuscripts from generations of Lubavitcher Rebbes, including the Baal Shem Tov, founder of the Chassidic movement.
It was an uplifting and unforgettable experience, filled with a sense of holiness, unity, and spiritual connection.
I am deeply grateful for the opportunity to share these moments — moments filled with inspiration, togetherness, and hope for the future.
