Women visit the Rebbe

In early May, our group of beautiful Chabad women flew to America to see the Rebbe. This year is the national gathering known as Hakhel – the year in which every Jew must gather together to learn Torah. Visiting the Rebbe’s house in such a year is considered a special Mitzvah. The group of women prepared for several months under the leadership of Rebbetzin Chaya Axelrod. The women stayed in New York and enjoyed each other’s company. They had a wonderful time and brought back blessings with the hope of having the opportunity to fulfill the Mitzvah of the Hakhel in the Holy Temple in Jerusalem, restored by the righteous Mashiach – may it happen soon and in our time.
