
On the eve of the Jewish New Year (Rosh Hashanah), Rabbi Zushe Abelsky received congratulatory letters to the Jewish community from the President and Prime Minister of Moldova.
President Maia Sandu noted her admiration for the community: “The active participation of the Jews of Moldova in the public life of the country, the implementation of important social, charitable projects, and the maintenance of a constructive interfaith dialogue deserve sincere recognition.”
