Submitted by kishinev on Fri, 05/16/2008 - 11:00.On 9th Nissan, 5663 [1903], over fifty Jews were murdered, Shuls were looted, and sifrei Torah were desecrated in the Moldovan capital, Kishinev. It took the Jews of Kishinev many years to get over the after-effects of this terrible pogrom.
